Founders Dr. Matt, and Carl Yeip met in the backcountry of northern Utah and it's there they began the conversation to improve emergency care products used in austere environments.

With an industry ripe for innovation, it wasn't long before the idea to create a comfortable,lightweight, and packable Cervical Collar was born. AER Cervical Collar is the first of OTEC's product pipeline.
